HVMH became a member of Coordinated Behavioral Health Services  (CBHS) in 2016.  CBHS Corporation is comprised of progressive, non-profit, community behavioral health and disability service providers serving seven counties in the Hudson River Region The mission of CBHS is to support its members' efforts to provide effective behavioral health and long-term care disability services to the Medicaid, Medicare, and uninsured population. CBHS develops the resources necessary to establish leading edge responses to the evolving health care system in New York State. CBHS promotes recovery-oriented and outcome-based services designed to ensure high quality and low costs.

 HVMH is a participating provider with Healthlinkny, a Qualified Entity funded by the NYS Department of Health to operate the Health Information Exchange in the Hudson Valley area.  As a member, HVMH staff are able to access a more complete health record (for those who consent) that includes records from other healthcare providers, such as your Primary Care Physician and other specialists.  A centralized medical record is vital to ensuring that your doctors and therapists are always working together for your best care! 

Montefiore and Westchester Medical Center


 As a member of both Performing Provider Systems Montefiore and Westchester Medical Center Health, HVMH is working on projects to help improve system wide service delivery for recipients of Medicaid and reduce overall costs.
